Diversity and inclusion in the boardroom
Requirements for director appointments to the Board are made on merit and candidates are considered against objective criteria, having regard to the benefits of a diverse board. A rigorous selection process is followed for the appointment of directors and senior employees. A structured training programme exists for both directors selected from external sources and senior employees who are appointed to the Board.
