Early Warning Reporting
As part of our ongoing evolution towards a digital first proposition, we have created a new Early Warning Reporting (EWR) dashboard for advisers.
Our dashboard will enable you to keep track of your clients and MI such as EWR, policies awaiting a start date, policies cancelled in the last 30 days and new business will provide you with a clear snapshot for your business. Clear guidance text will appear on the dashboard and an instruction guide will be available to complement the MI.

HSBC Life launches Waiver of Premium
As part of our ongoing protection proposition development, HSBC Life commissioned customer research which surveyed over 1,000 respondents to establish the level of interest in the Waiver of Premium product offering.
Over 80% of those respondents recognised the value of Waiver of Premium and said they would be prepared to pay a small percentage to include this benefit in their policy. *

Critical Illness Cover now available for diabetic customers
In a recent HSBC Life UK development, type 2 diabetic customers can now apply for Critical Illness Cover (CIC) cover via our external adviser distribution partners.
Your clients will have the opportunity to obtain Critical Illness Cover by attending an independent nurse medical screening, the results of which will be assessed digitally in a 3- day turnaround time. No NHS records will be required as requests for these records can typically lead to delays of between two to three months.

At HSBC Life, our focus is on helping advisers to secure cover for their clients quickly and efficiently supported by our industry first enhanced digital underwriting journey.
Our new Pre-Sales Underwriting Tool is another important milestone in our ongoing evolution. Whilst not directly replicating our underwriting journey, the tool delivers indicative answers to advisers within just two minutes saving time going through the full underwriting process.
